RETURN


Under Norwegian law, there is a 14 days returns policy. The returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging remaining. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the package is not damaged or lost when returning it to us. The return postage is paid by you. We cannot accept returns if: An item is returned dirty, worn or shown sign of being used. 

We guarantee that the pregnancy pillow you receive is flawless when shipped. Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately, but no later than 14 days after collection. Please provide a detailed description together with a photo. The faulty item must be in unused condition. Upon receivingthe item and approving the claim we return to you a replacement, if in stock. If out of stock we will return any payment for the item.

Our products are ideal for daily use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and more. With proper care following instructions on washing labels and packaging, bbhugme will keep providing you family with relaxation and fun. However, normal damage from wear and tear will not be covered.

Warranty is only valid as long as our pregnancy pillow is used with a sleeve and washed by hand. Therefore, any damage caused by washing the inner pillow in a washing machine will not qualify as a return.

Order confirmation
After you have placed and paid for your order we will send you a confirmation to your e-mail address. The moment your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive another e-mail with your shipping confirmation.

Customers outside EU
When ordering to a country outside the European Union you may have to pay an extra tax / customs fee depending on the value / weight of your order. These duties are established by the country the goods are delivered into, and we at bbhugme do not have any influence over it. Please note that when ordering goods to be received outside the European Union, VAT is not applicable and thus the order's sales price will not be subject to VAT.

When will my order be sent?
All orders that are registered before 12:00 (Central European Time) on a business day, will be sent the same day. 

A product is out of stock – Will it be back in stock again?
Should a product be out of stock in a certain color, or entirely, and you are interested in when we will have it back in stock again, please contact our customer service at post@bbhugme.com  and we will answer your question within 24 hours on working days.

What do I do if I have received the wrong product?
If you have received the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service at post@bbhugme.no. We will contact you within 24 hours on a working day.

Can I cancel my order after my order has gone through?
Please email us as soon as possible. As we work around the clock we can not guarantee that we can cancel an order in time. We will, however, always do our best to assist our customers with the cancellation of any order.

What happens if my order is delayed?
If any delays occur, you have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not agree with the new delivery time. If you wish to cancel your purchase due to delayed delivery and have pre-paid for your items, we will refund the money into your account within a few days.
